March 4, 2020 Knoxville, Tenn -- Coldwell Banker Wallace, a Knoxville-based real estate company since 1936, has once again earned the rank of #1 Coldwell Banker franchisee in the state of Tennessee in both its residential and commercial divisions.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC and Coldwell Banker Commercial recently released the 2019 rankings, which included closed transactions, sales volume, number of offices and number of sales associates.
The company’s residential division, Coldwell Banker Wallace, has earned a #1 state-wide ranking based on closed transactions for 2019. This is the fourth consecutive year the company has received this honor. CB Wallace agents sold nearly $700 million worth of properties and helped 3,085 buyers and sellers during 2019.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Wallace was also named as the top franchisee in the state for 2019, among other Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliates. This is the 21st consecutive year the company’s commercial division is receiving this honor.

Much has changed in the real estate market since the company’s founding in 1936. Most recently, the company has undergone a rebranding, with a new streamlined DBA and a sleek, modern logo to represent the rich history as well as the bright future of the brand.
