It also provides agents with access to a host of carefully-curated, high-octane tools that can take top performers to the next level.
At Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, we believe an investment in knowledge pays the best interest. That’s why one of our core program assets is our luxury certification course created by agents and delivered by agents who share best practices for working with affluent homebuyers and sellers. Since its launch in April 2017, nearly 1,500 agents have completed the course, many of whom have shared their success stories post-course. An added benefit to the Global Luxury certification course is our partnership with the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM). As our preferred vendor, the institute offers members a wide array of tools that complement the Global Luxury program. Upon completion of the luxury certification course, agents can gain two esteemed designations: Luxury Property Specialist and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) if minimum production requirements are met. Your $1 million+ listings will be automatically distributed to the world’s leading real estate portals reaching an international audience of more than 70 million buyers and investors in over 60 countries and territories through over 100 different real estate portals.
