I have lived in San Diego over 30 years and I have a strong Real Estate background through my family and close friends. Not only am I a licensed California REALTOR, but I am also a Millenial that understands the needs of others and can personally relate when it comes to buying, selling or investing.
I have worked with nearly just as many Buyers as I have Sellers since being licensed in 2011. This gives me an advantage over other agents who specialize in one or the other. I can place myself in the shoes of a Seller when representing a Buyer and vice-versa. I am just as familiar in the legal aspects of buying and selling Real Estate as I am in the emotional pressure it can place on a family or individual.
So far in my Real Estate career, I have been awarded as the "Rookie of the Year" my first year licensed. I have served as the head of the board for the Young Professionals Network at the East County Association of REALTORS. I have taught and continue to teach multiple classes to REALTORS on marketing through Social Media and how to generate business for themselves. I have also received awards placing myself in the Platinum & Diamond Chairman's Circle Award through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for 6 consecutive years.
