Cathy was instrumental in helping us sell our condo and getting us into our dream home in the exact neighborhood we wanted. When we put our offer in to buy the home, we were one of many offers. Cathy worked with the selling agent and got our offer to be accepted, even though we were not the highest offer. It was her relationship and persistence that got us our home.
