After 25 years as an automotive corporate nomad, I decided more than a dozen years ago to settle with my family in Clarkston, Michigan. Clarkston's a great place to raise a family: chock full of small-town values and lots of fun activities for families. Our favorite things to do include summer's Concerts in the Park, farmer's market, and 4th of July parade. In the winter, it's the annual Holiday Parade down Main Street and snow forts on our cul-du-sac. The Memorial Day Parade and ceremony of remembrance at the end of spring are very moving! And, when the kids were small, it was the Friendly Forest, a safe and fun outdoor trick-or-treat experience with all their favorite cartoon characters. For me, raising my two beautiful girls and helping clients find their perfect home is the most fulfilling life I can imagine.
