I have lived in Oakland County for the past 13 years raising my three kids, I am originally from Bucks County Pennsylvania. I have moved several times and lived in five different states. When I meet a new client I really do want to know exactly what they are looking for so I can best help them. Finding a home is very personal and you can be sure I am listening to everything they tell me because this process is about you. Through Real Estate I have made some life-long friends and it has been my pleasure to help them find the home that is just right for them.

With my job being relocated to Michigan I was in need of a realtor that was able to work on the same level and speed as I did. Originally my relocation company assigned me to another agent/realty company but I found them to be slow, unresponsive, and disinterested in our move which led to frustration. I was tired of losing time and not being responded to in a timely fashion or even at all. After two weeks of these games I contacted relo and requested I be assigned another company and agent.
The difference between Dianne and the other agent was night and day. I finally had someone who actually took the time to understand my situation, my needs and worked at a pace that I needed someone to in order to make the transition from NJ to MI happen within a 60 day period. Between all the "crazy" happening in NJ with selling my home, I needed someone who was semi-autonomous and could do the leg work that I couldn't since I wasn't out in MI yet. Dianne went through a monumental effort to process and selected homes that would align with my expectations so each of my visits would be focused and well spent scoping out the housing market.
We practically went from getting 0 to 60 in a week, lined up a number of properties across numerous towns/cities and came out to MI that weekend and spent several days looking over a number of houses, some met our expectations others did not. My wife and I learned very quickly that the housing market in SE Michigan was an entirely different beast than the one in NJ and homes we were interested were either already bid on that day or being pulled off market. We came out 3 times over the course of a 30 day period, probably looked at over 100 homes and lost a few due to bidding and all through it Dianne helped alleviate our concerns and kept our spirits high. The housing market out in SE MI was something I did not expect, but she went over and above the call of duty in helping us continue the search and eventually finding our new home and helping us navigate the paperwork process. The purchase process was very different from NJ but she was there every step of the way. To have someone you can rely on, who has the patience and willingness to understand your specific and unique situation goes a very long way in building a lasting relationship with your client.
Dianne started as our real estate agent, but by the end of it all, she became a close friend and practically family. She helped take the stress and burden off one aspect of our lives that we desperately needed help with as buying a home is stressful enough but having to buy and sell at the same time within a specific time period was things nightmares are made of, but her being there and guiding us throughout it all really made the difference. I really cannot recommend her enough, really a shining example of what all other agents should aspire to be.
