    My Client Testimonials

We recently worked with Rita Vestal to help our dad sell his house after mom passed away. The challenge was that we lived several hours away; however, Rita made this process seamless. She worked with our dad to compile a to-do list, and from there we were able to knock out everything that needed to be done in quick fashion. When we could not be there in person, Rita lined up workers for various projects and even pitched in to do some of the tasks herself. She has a lot of contacts and knowledge, which was extremely helpful. When the house was finished, it looked brand new, and Rita and her team of photographers made it look even nicer in the pictures. Within 24 hours of listing, our dad received multiple offers and was able to accept one above asking price. It was amazing! Working with Rita was like working with family - She truly cares about doing what's best for you and will look out for your interests. We couldn't have been happier with how quick, easy, and smooth the entire process was, from start to finish. We highly recommend Rita for all of your realty needs! Patricia L
