I live in West Knoxville, which is quite possibly one of the prettiest places I have ever been. Great sense of community, reputable schools within walking distance for my boys, and a wide selection of grocery stores and restaurants...all with an unbelievable backdrop of the Great Smoky Mountains. I live in West Knoxville, which is quite possibly one of the prettiest places I have ever been. Great sense of community, reputable schools within walking distance for my boys, and a wide selection of grocery stores and restaurants...all with an unbelievable backdrop of the Great Smoky Mountains. My happy place is in the garden, moving things from here to there, pruning and trimming, and cultivating, hopefully, a masterpiece. I enjoy playing tennis with my son, volunteering with others who strive to keep our beautiful town clean and free of litter, hitting the gym as much as I can and relaxing and laughing with great neighbor friends. Since earning my BS in Finance from SIUC, I have worked in the Real Estate world in one capacity or another. I have extensive experience and knowledge of the Mortgage Loan process, Residential Appraisal, Title Examination, and the Home Buying and Selling transaction. I am also a certified K-6 teacher who loves spending time with the kiddos as much as I can. My short and long-term goals are to raise my boys to be impeccable citizens, keep fit and healthy so I can play with them along the way, leave a colorful mark on Knoxville through gardening and volunteering, and consult folks, whether they be first-time home buyers, upsizers, or transplants, through the wonderful and exciting process of achieving the American Dream. Home is where the Heart is, and it is such a joy to forever be a part of that!!!
