I have managed every aspect of the REO from assignment to facilitation eviction, coordinating repairs, weekly inspections, listing/marketing, offer management, and closing. I have spent years perfecting exceptional service as a cornerstone to offer banks a trusted resource locally. I am committed to accurate and timely task completion and maintaining photo and property records above and beyond what is required.
    • CPRES: Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist - I have sold several homes for clients who have inherited a home that needs to be sold. I work very hard to be a resource for my clients for local services such as inspectors, cleaners, locksmiths and estate sales. Probate sales often require strict compliance with the local courts and as a CPRES agent I am committed to my clients, their attorney's and local guidelines.
    • RCS-D: Real Estate Collaboration Specialist in Divorce - I have helped several couples who have found themselves in the unthinkable circumstances of divorce make informed decisions about selling the home and investment properties they share. My heart is to show compassion through a tough life change while providing both parties all of the important factors and resources needed to make this transition a lot less stressful.
