    Chris DeRosa brings education, area knowledge
    and extensive sales experience to every real estate transaction. Chris loves
    all the First Coast and surrounding communities have to offer, and he is eager
    to convey that love to every buyer and seller. He is dedicated to taking care
    of clients as if they are part of his family. Chris is both an Osprey and a
    Gator! He attended the University of North Florida to play baseball and
    transferred to the University of Florida to secure his Bachelors in Finance and
    Business Administration. While attending UF, he also received a minor in
    Economics. He's passionate about absorbing knowledge that will make him an
    informed, well-rounded professional resource. Before getting into real estate,
    Chris worked in luxury automobile sales. It was there he learned how to treat
    every customer as if they were a guest in his own home. He brings the same
    philosophy to his real estate business. He bought and sold several houses on
    his own before beginning his real estate career, so he understands first-hand
    the emotions and frustrations a person feels when purchasing a new home. The
    hunt for the perfect home for a great person or family and pride of home ownership
    are the aspects of real estate that motivate him most. As a Realtor, Chris'
    goal is to bring the same excitement he felt to every buyer or seller,
    providing knowledge and ensuring the deal will be closed. He specializes in residential
    sales and property management in Northeast Florida, focusing primarily on St.
    Johns, Duval, and Clay Counties.


    In his spare time, Chris enjoys watching sports,
    playing sports, spending time with his animals, and most importantly spending
    time with his beautiful wife Kristin and their son Dominic.
