    As a kid, Paul assisted his innovative architect father remodel homes and commercial property. After playing water polo and graduating from Texas A&M University, Paul spent 30 years moving around California as a Licensed Civil Engineer in construction and real estate investing, and moonlighting in Physical Therapy. Now raising a family in Placer county and preparing for retirement, Paul understands the local opportunities, needs of different owners, and possibilities of different properties.

    I have known Paul for 20 years and have always been amazed at his depth of understanding of local issues and attention to details. He possesses a broad understanding of market conditions and can relate that understanding to individual client needs - matching buyers with the right home given a buyer's specific conditions; whether it be the size of closet space in the master bedroom, to knowing the best schools, or even knowing the political leanings of a specific neighborhood. And, as a structural engineer, he can optimize a seller's price by advising on construction improvements that could otherwise be potential hazards. He is just the type of guy that cares enough to get people what they want.
