This pandemic presented challenges for us in being around to help coordinate all of this and she was our eyes and ears in the process that was seamless and resulted in a sales price substantially over the listing price. She really nailed the value of the home even though the comparables didnt reflect the recent upward changes in the market or the unique attributes of our property. Her knowledge of the market helped us make the correct decision as to which offer to accept.
