    As a life long learner, Kathy holds real estate licenses in Ohio, Florida and here in North Carolina. In addition, she has earned a number of national Real Estate designations in order to give you a smooth home buying or selling experience.

    She and her husband Matt fell in love with the Sunset Beach area, and are busy making memories and updating their "Beach Box". They have four children, Andy who is a choir teacher; Monica, an illustrator and web designer; Danny, a financial analyst, and Mary who is in her second year of college.

    Kathy's hobbies include reading, golf and tennis,watching collegiate and professional sports..and always waiting for it to be THE year for the Browns.
