    I value time management and understand the challenges of selling, buying a home for the family. Priority of the location, neighborhood and schools are as important as the floor plan and the property amenities.

    When I list a property I take into consideration the top priorities: the location, condition and motivation for selling.

    We start selling the property through pricing, staging along with packing, having the lights on and window shades open and repairs including cleaning the carpets & windows. This all helps to sell the property.

    Another action that sets me apart from other agents: communicating. I insist on the agents showing the properties to call me to set appointments so I can share the special features of the property with them. I want to sell the agent on your property and to remember your home the features when they are showing it.

    I view almost every home in the neighborhood. I want to know the competition and what makes yours stand out

    I value efficiency, responsive service and communication. Being selective enables me to treat each and every client with utmost care.
