Working with skyler was great. Not only a great guy but he was easy to work with and 100% spot on markef analysis on my house. I was also always in the know which i personally think is the most important thing to find in a realtor.

Skyler was on top of it! In this crazy market, he was quick in his communication, always cc-ed the right people, and always showed up on time. Those are some important qualities in a Relator. From start to finish was less than a month! Thank You!

We can't recommend Skyler enough! Skyler did not sugar coat anything while house hunting, he made sure we were aware of both the pros and cons of each house. One of the things we liked most about Skyler is that he didn't try and hide any problems from us, as first time home buyers. Even after we had bought our house, he helped us take care of an A/C unit problem.

Skyler is a top-notch agent! Skyler's on time, communicative, honest, realistic, and patient. We walked through many homes before finding one we were interested in. Skyler never rushed the showings or my husband and I'd conversation. I felt all our most confidential information was safe with Skyler. We hope to stay in our current home for a very long time, but if we require another agent in the future, we will be contacting Skyler again.

Skyler worked so hard for us. He showed our home a dozen times in the space of a few days. He gave us great advice and helped us understand all our options. He definitely helped us get the best price for our house.

We moved from Jersey to Utah, and with Skyler's help, it was the smoothest transition/move we have ever encountered. I can not recommend him enough. Not only was he patient, but he was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us find our dream home. The whole process was a breeze. Anytime we had a question, no matter what time, he was there for us. I do not think we would have gotten the house we wanted, at the price we wanted without him. All my life, people have told me how stressful it is to be a first time home buyer. Either they are all exaggerating or they did not have a realtor like Skyler. My bet is on the latter. He is THE BEST!

Skyler was the best thing we could have asked for! We got in contact with Skyler back in January of 2019 when we originally were moving from New Jersey to Utah. we ended up renting for a year but Skyler kept in contact with us throughout that entire year to just touch base and see how were were enjoying our new state. Finally it was time for us to start looking and boy we were so happy Skyler kept in touch. he made the whole process for us super easy and kept in touch with us throughout our entire process even getting emails at midnight!!! i would recommend anyone who is looking at buying a home get in contact with Skyler. He will go above and beyond what you could ever expect!

Skyler was excellent. We appreciated his ability to be with us at times we requested. We were able to see a large selection of houses. I really appreciated his willingness to show us houses within our price range. We did not feel he was pushing us at all to buy a house outside our price range. Once we moved in Skyler went above and beyond his duties as a real estate agent and helped our family move into our house. Skyler is a true gentlemen and friend. We are thankful we were able to use him for our home acquisition.
