For the past 20+ years Mindy Grimes has enjoyed helping people live better lives and achieve independence. She has served the disabled community selflessly through various rolls and prides herself on honesty and integrity in all she does.

Mindy finds great joy in helping families achieve their dreams and life goals by appreciating the uniqueness of each individual situation. On several occasions Mindy has found ready willing and able buyers for those who needed to sell their homes quickly (ZERO days on market) without compromising the top dollar that her clients were looking for. She also has been successful helping those who needed more time or had more specific needs and wants.

With buyers, Mindy has experience with land contracts and helping people find just the right piece of land, be it for building or recreation.

In her spare time, Mindy enjoys watching Real House Wives and Stranger Things. She has 5 amazing children ranging from 22 to 9 years old. She enjoys spending time with her 2 glam babies and 2 fur babies! But don't let her loving and caring nature fool you. She is a force to be reckoned with in the Real Estate world.
