    Business Philosophy

    Katrina is originally from South Louisiana.  She has lived in Utah for over 30 years and has three children. Prior to her real estate career, she had an extensive background in the retail fashion industry.   Katrina is an Associate Broker, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and NCS (New Construction Specialist), Green (NAR's Green Designation), and SRS (Seller's Resource Specialist).  She is currently working on her PCL (Park City Local) Designation.  She actively sells in Salt Lake, Summit and Wasatch Counties.

    Ms. Authement has been a licensed Realtor since 1991. She originally received her real estate license in Minnesota. Katrina has actively sold real estate for a little over 19 years, and she has sold and/or bought real estate in Minnesota, Utah, Louisiana, Colorado and Florida. She has personally built and/or performed major renovations six homes.

    Katrina has a philosophy of honesty and integrity in helping her clients successfully complete their real estate transactions. She is a Real Estate Advocate for sellers and buyers. With nineteen+ years of experience Katrina can assess the lifestyle needs of her clients to help them find the right home to fit their needs. She will be there to assist clients in their search from helping to find the right home, getting qualified for a loan all the way to the settlement. Her experience also allows her to prepare a Marketing Consultation for sellers that allows them to appropriately position their home in the marketplace to get their home sold. She believes in excellent service for her clients. Katrina understands that real estate can sometimes be complex. She enjoys helping her clients to achieve success in their real estate transactions now and into the future.

    Education and Training

    Katrina graduated from Nicholls State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

    She continues to grow and develop by attending various training seminars and continuing education opportunities through the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Utah Division of Real Estate, Coldwell Banker University and many others.

    She has taken classes at the University of Utah where she has started to study Spanish.

    Katrina attended Pro Source Real Estate School in Minnesota and Stringham Real Estate School in Utah in order to obtain her Real Estate License.

    Ms. Authement is a graduate from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute and is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert.
