David was a phenomenal agent! David helped my husband and I purchase our first home and we felt that he was helpful in so many ways. He researched the areas we were interested in and helped us make smart decisions based on this research. He always responded immediately to our questions and he never made us feel that any question was silly or stupid. He always helped us to understand any confusing points during the process. It was easy to schedule meetings and showings as he was very accommodating with our scheduling needs. He created such a comfortable environment where we could ask questions and share our concerns. He was very personable and professional throughout the entire process. David truly became more than our agent; he became our friend.
One thing that separates David from other realtors is his background. Prior to working in real estate, David has experience working in construction. David had a good eye for identifying what houses had a good structure, not just if it looked pretty. He was able to see past the houses remodeled poorly and was able to offer good opinions on if he saw repairs in our future. At some point in our search, we considered homes where we would renovate upon purchase. David was able to offer insight on what he thought we could do as well as answer questions from our general contractor. David has such a passion for what he does and he helped us buy the right home not just any home.
We are so grateful for his patience and kindness throughout the entire process. We couldn't have picked a better agent!

David listed my mom's home in September 2019 and the home was sold in mid-December 2019. Closed on December 31st. David kept my mom well informed of the process through in-person and telephone follow up, daily and weekly, regarding prospective buyers' interest in home. It is apparent from meeting him that David cares about his clients' well being. When a low ball offer came in from one of the prospective buyers, David insisted that my mom's home would sell for much higher and to wait for another buyer. My mom was and is very happy and satisfied with the outcome of the sale of her home. I will definitely have David as my real estate agent when I am ready to sell my home. David was my agent purchasing a home in the South Hills (Pittsburgh) area. He had a good sense for accurate market value and advised me when making offers. He had every incentive to get me to buy something quickly and move on to the next client, but did not. Instead, he urged me to proceed cautiously and only make offers on homes I was comfortable with. He also had great recommendations for contractors and inspectors that I used. David also has a background in skilled trades and brought that knowledge to bear during negotiations, by estimating the cost to make needed repairs and upgrades (which the seller ultimately agreed to, thereby accepting our offer below their asking price). He is honest and knowledgeable, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone in the Pittsburgh area looking to purchase!
