Charlita was a staff real estate appraiser for Philadelphia Savings Fund Society (PSFS)/Meritor Financial Group for more than 15 years and appraised real estate throughout the Delaware Valley and Southern California for one of the banks investment portfolios. She also has more than 25 years experience in the Property Management profession along with receiving numerous certifications and designations.
Charlita has served on numerous housing boards throughout Philadelphia, PA. She currently serves on the boards of the Zion Non Profit Corporation and Zion Gardens Apartments. She has served on these boards since April, 2011. Charlita is an active member at her church where she has chaired numerous committees, and other activities to benefit her church.
Charlita is an active and dedicated Quarter Century member of the Urban League Guild of Philadelphia which is an affiliate of the Urban League of Philadelphia. Charlita has been an active volunteer and member and has also served as the chair of the fundraising committee several times. The successful fundraising efforts raises money to help support the needed services to the communities provided by our affiliate the Urban League of Philadelphia.
