    Personal Background
    Wendie was born in New Jersey but has vacationed here since the mid 80's. She became a full time resident of the area when she moved to Ocean Pines in 1998. Wendie purchased her first lot at the age of 21 and has enjoyed dealing in real estate both personally and professionally ever since. She was the office manager of one of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices and now works as a realtor alongside her husband and partner Eric Green. Wendie is a trained negotiator and while serving on the NJ school board as chairman of the Budget/Finance committee she was also appointed head of the negotiating team.

    Professional Profile
    Apart from my years of personal experience in real estate investing, I have officially been employed in the real estate field since Sept 1998. Prior to making the transition to sales assoc. in July of 2005, I was the office administrator of the 57th Street branch Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (previously Moore, Warfield and Glick) office for over 6 years. As such I made it a point to thoroughly learn virtually every tool and technology available to sales agents. I was frequently called upon to provide training to our agents.
    Our office received numerous awards for productivity and efficiency.
    While an elected official of the Knowlton Township, New Jersey, school board, I was appointed chairperson of the Budget/Finance committee and head of the negotiating team. During my years on the negotiating team I completed extensive negotiating skills training offered by the NJ School Board Association.
    Prior to serving on the School Board I was the vice president of my town's Parent Teacher Association. While serving in that position, I organized numerous major fund raisers and special events.
