Simply put for some agents this is just another transaction, and the only objective is the paycheck. I, on the other hand make the effort to understand that behind the drywall, brick and mortar are human emotions that are associated with this place called home. Whether it is first time buyer who is nervous, excited, confused by this process or an empty nester who is moving on to the next phase in their life or one of our valued and incredible service personnel who have relocated and are upending their lives again in service of our Nation.
I have been in real estate for 15 years but before that I was a director of Training and Education/Customer Service with a local cable company. My background in customer service has helped me to understand the essence and importance of service and effective communication.

I am a successful agent as I know how to negotiate fiercely and with positive results for my clients and how to stage a property for the most dollar return, but also because I strive to provide unparalleled service by listening to clients and keeping their;individual needs in focus, during the transaction.
