Sandra Stewart is the District Manager of the Greater Washington Region. In this role she performs the duties of Branch Vice President of Coldwell Banker's Arlington Sales Offices. Sandra is a non-competing Manager whose primary focus is to support the business development and success of each Sales Associate affiliated with these offices. She works closely with both new and experienced associates to create strong business plans to ensure their success. Conduct monthly business development workshops and host quarterly continuing education courses. She provides one on one coaching and her "open door" policy allows associates to know there is support and guidance available at all times.
Sandra has over 20 years of real estate experience. She is known for her infectious enthusiasm for real estate, knowledge of D.C., Maryland, and Virginia real estate contracts, and her ability to motivate high-performing Agents. Prior to becoming a Branch Vice President in the Greater Washington Region, Sandra was the Assistant Branch Manager for Coldwell Banker's Annapolis Church Circle Sales Office located in Annapolis, MD. There she was responsible for managing profitability and education for over 100 Agents.
Sandra is an active leader in the real estate community. She is a graduate of the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS Leadership Institute. She was Coldwell Banker's Team Ambassador for the 2018 and 2019 DC Heart Walk. Under her leadership the company raised over $45,000 for the American Heart Association. Sandra is currently the Mid-Atlantic Ambassador of NRT LLC's National Diversity and Inclusion Team where she helps cultivate a culture of diversity and inclusion within the 29 Coldwell Banker Mid-Atlantic offices. Sandra served on the 2020 and 2021 Board of Directors for the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS and is currently serving on the GCAAR Forms Committee, and Treasurer for the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance (DC Chapter). She is serving her 3rd year on the the Diversity Committee for the National Association of REALTORS,. She is the 2022 Chair of NVAR's Products and Services Advisory Group, and is the 2022 President Elect for the Women's Council of REALTORS (Greater Capital Network).
