I have 15 years of direct real estate sales experience in Northern Virginia and the Greater Washington, D.C. area.
I have an extensive financial background, having been a mortgage trader and salesperson on Wall Street prior to becoming involved in direct real estate sales. I have an MBA and a CFA designation (Chartered Financial Analyst), and this combination of experience and education is of major benefit to buyers and sellers in my market, particularly in higher-priced home sales.
But more important than my knowledge, experience, and education is the following:

Everyone talks about marketing skills, and that SHOULD be a given in anyone you choose as your real estate partner. However, I believe in taking this much further, and specialize in all-out professional promotion on your behalf at all times.
I believe that any goal we set should be achievable and exceeded when possible.
Anything less than my best is unacceptable for any buyer/seller I am working with. You will always get that.
