Real estate has always been the career of choice for Patrick Davis. Originally from Connecticut, Patrick was drawn to city life, which is why he chose to remain in D.C. after earning a civil engineering degree from The Catholic University of America. Formerly employed in project management by a major commercial contractor, he transitioned into residential sales after purchasing his own properties in D.C.
"I don't just sell real estate; I believe in it as an asset and invest in it personally." Patrick conveys this enthusiasm to his clients, who rely on his expertise to help them find their next home or investment.
While he is totally immersed in his profession, Patrick keeps his clients’ needs foremost in his mind. "Purchasing or selling a home is a singular monumental event that requires the utmost attention to detail. I take pride in my work as an advisor, mentor and friend to my clients. My goal is to help them know and understand what to expect and to navigate them through the process with confidence, patience and ease."
Though helping his clients achieve their real estate goals is his forte, building relationships is his main mission. Patrick believes being in a service industry is all about trust, and that being successful requires good interpersonal skills as much as it does keen business sense. Specializing in condos, co-ops and luxury homes in Northwest D.C., Arlington and Alexandra, VA, Patrick was part of an accomplished residential sales team that closed more than 100 transactions per year. He now independently and comprehensively services buyers, sellers and investors with their diverse real estate needs.
Patrick lives in Arlington with his wife and son.
