Having moved many times, Martha is personally familiar with the stress and details involved in selling and moving. As an adult, Martha and her husband sold their home, built a home on the South River, moved items into storage, moved into a 2 year rental home, worked with a builder to keep the project on time and within budget, and finally moved into the home where she resides. All of these transactions make her incredibly empathetic and knowledgeable when it comes to helping clients navigate their home-buying journey. Martha's 15 years as a realtor and her 23 years of client relationships in corporate roles make her uniquely qualified to represent her customers' goals. With past sales ranging from $5M to $200k, Martha is prepared to help her clients. Martha, her husband Joe and their son Carter live in Annapolis on the South River near Thomas Point Park.

My focus is to listen to my customers and take care of their real estate needs which includes going above and beyond the contractual transaction. My work history with clients of all types taught me that the only way you have customers "for life" is to take phenomenal care of them, go the extra mile, communicate often and clearly and do what you say you're going to do. I strive to be professional and I try to balance the stressful times with proper perspective and a sense of humor.
