This was my first time buying a house and Kay guided me through this whole process and made it easy and somewhat fast. She was very patient with us and made sure that we take our time looking through the houses until we're satisfied. She was great when it came to communication because she would reply to my call or text as soon as she can. This whole process was awesome thanks to kay. I would recommend her to anyone!

3583 Shugart Ct - Beverly K - I met Kay on-line about 2-3 yrs ago, looking for a house in the Warrenton-Culpeper area. Mainly because my husband drives 120 miles R/T to work. Kay is a great real estate agent. Whenever we had any questions, she would respond right away. She staged our apartment beautifully. We didn't have to be present at the sale and everything moved very smoothly.
