Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, I have lived in Harford County for nearly four decades. My husband Jerry and I have shared professions in real estate as the owners of two brokerage offices, and in lending side-by-side. We also owned and ran an investor relations firm for 15 years, and raised three sons, Chris, Shawn, and Ryan, who each have their own businesses.

My passion for the field of real estate has never wavered. I received my Salesperson License, then Broker's license, and spent 20 years in residential sales before transitioning to lending. I am very excited to be associated with Coldwell Banker's Harford Regional office where I will be able lend my tremendous market knowledge and industry expertise to buyers and sellers.

Making the largest and most important investment of a lifetime is such an important decision. My experience in real estate and lending, coupled with my honesty and loyalty, pushes me to work tirelessly to ensure you achieve your dreams with confidence. I bring a positive, caring attitude to finish the transaction, no matter how difficult the task becomes. I especially like working with first-time buyers; helping people become homeowners is very rewarding to me.

I complete every deal with accuracy, knowledge, professionalism, and to the benefit of others. Clients appreciate our relationship, and say my commission is well earned because I go above and beyond. Jerry and I have owned primary homes, second homes, vacation homes, commercial property and investment property, so I have many times been in your shoes. We live in Fallston with our rescue dog, Raydar, and enjoy spending time with our five grandchildren.

With a love for community, I became involved in the Fallston Rec. Council as President for eight years (the only female ever serving in that capacity in Harford County!). Through my leadership and the help of Harford County Parks and Recreation, I was able to secure the surplus County property and now stands the Reckord Road Recreation Facility. I am currently proud to be a volunteer at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center as the Emergency Room Liaison, a very humbling experience. When I'm not busy helping my clients or volunteering, I enjoy spending time with my family, singing, decorating, and walking my Sterling Terrier Raydar, named for his cute enormous ears.

I look forward to servicing your real estate needs and helping you turn your dreams into reality.
