After nearly 30 years of living in Annapolis, including serving as the General Manager of the Schooner Woodwind, he became a realtor so he could help others discover the best of Annapolis - or wherever they choose to call home. His background comprises 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 15 years of experience interviewing, investigating and negotiating to recruit and hire talent and close business.
Some of his favorite Annapolis experiences include managing the Woodwind's brush with Hollywood (think: Wedding Crashers) and helping tourists and locals alike enjoy everything the Chesapeake Bay has to offer. He prides himself on finding the right fit for his clients and customers, whether it's a home purchase, sale, rental, remodel or simply a place to have dinner and get away. His degree in psychology and minor in studio art make him an outstanding advisor and dedicated friend who is committed to communication, teamwork, and active listening.
In addition to extensive experience in home renovation, Dan's artistic eye for form, function, design, space, and architecture make him a valued advisor to his clients. He is a self-described "staging and decluttering pro."
Dan is a teacher, coach, athlete, and artist who enjoys a truly Annapolitan lifestyle: sailing, boating, pickleballing, and paddleboarding. In his free time, you'll find him looking at properties (and re-designing them in his head), supporting a local event in town, standing on a ladder volunteering at a local charity event, high up on a mast fixing a sailboat, teaching lessons on a pickleball court or doing just about anything on the water.
