Bruce Lipson has been successfully managing real estate offices since 2008. He has had success in both start-up real estate companies as well as turn around situations.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Bruce launched the Keller Williams franchise in Sterling, where he grew it to over 130 agents in less than 5 years. Bruce was the Team Leader and CEO of the franchise.
From 2008 to 2012 Bruce was a Managing Broker for Weichert. In 2008-2009, he managed both the Ashburn and Dulles Weichert offices, and was the only broker to manage two offices. In 2008, he was awarded the Manager of the Year award for the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. In 2010 to 2012, he managed the McLean, Beverly Road office, which was one of Weichert's top producing offices in the country.
Bruce owned his own real estate company and currently holds Virginia, DC and Maryland Broker's licenses.
Bruce is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he graduated with honors and was a letter winner on the nationally ranked lacrosse team. He was also selected to the ACC Scholar Athlete Team.
Bruce received his Masters in Management from University of Maryland, University College.
Bruce was also a very successful high school lacrosse coach at Briar Woods HS, where he won the Virginia 5A State Championship in 2016 and received 4 Coach of the Year awards.
