As a licensed realtor, Arletha loves to assist minority families and veterans in achieving the American dream of homeownership, as well as everyone else who wants to own property which is one of the greatest investments you can make. She treats everyone with respect and compassion, conducts business with integrity, and is extremely detail-oriented and results-driven to ensure the best experience possible.

    Though originally from Wilson, North Carolina, Arletha was raised around the US and abroad as she was born into a military family that traveled a lot. However, she considers the DMV area/Maryland her home. Having lived in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties, Arletha specializes in rentals and residential sales in PG County and Southern Maryland. She is also pursuing her Virginia real estate license.

    Prior to real estate, Arletha spent 30 years combined at the DC Department of Corrections, rising the ranks to Administrative Lieutenant, and the Florida Dept of Corrections where she advanced to Senior Probation and Parole Officer. She was additionally a life insurance agent, and a licensed realtor in Maryland for five years in the late '90s, a field she's passionate about.

    Arletha earned an Associate's degree in Human Services from the University of Florida, a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice with a Psychology minor from USF, and a and Masters's in Criminal Justice from Florida Metropolitan University. She currently owns a townhouse in Waldorf, likes to travel, read and shop, and loves spending time with her adult sons and granddaughters every change she gets.
