I am an active member of my local community and especially in Long Beach. I am a member of the 2016 class of Leadership Long Beach. This organization is a non-profit group promoting leadership skills and community involvement for the betterment of the individual and Long Beach as a whole. I also sit on the board which is an honor!
I am also a member of the 100+ year old Daughters of Scotia organization. This is a fraternal organization of which I am the third generation to join. We promote cultural heritage of Scottish people as well as fundraise to contribute to those in need or less fortunate than ourselves.
I am also a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts of America.
Communication is key in real estate. Not just between myself and my clients! I am an active Realtor and know most of the top production agents in the area. That said, my skills in interacting with other Realtors is also integral. My reputation is flawless and when a Realtor is working with me, the level of respect helps to ease the path to the goal of a smooth transaction. I am available nearly 24/7 (I have to sleep sometime!) and that makes it so much easier to advise my clients and be advised as well. I use a lot of texting and emailing as it provides a record of conversation and provides a refresher should either party need reminding as to the agreement.
