To me, real estate is about two things: community and service. A California native, I grew up on a 300 acre ranch in Northern California raising cattle, chickens, turkeys, and rabbits. My first job was at the age of 15 working in construction. I learned everything from framing and drywall hanging to plumbing. To this day, I credit that first job with developing a unique eye into home buying and selling. My first career was in telecommunications and took shape in Southern California, where I worked my way up from the mailroom to a senior manager for companies like Sprint, Qwest, and Gateway Computers. The work took me to offices across the region, from Los Angeles to San Diego-and everything in between. My experience ranged from procurement to engineering, from marketing to business-to-business sales-but my specialty was building communities. Whether it's leading a team to address a pressing communications problem, or combining technologies to form a unique, bundled solution, I am able to foster environments of trust, good humor, and mutual respect. When I met my future wife and moved to the Coachella Valley, I took the leap into real estate. As a project manager, I approach each issue in an organized, strategic way. As a community-builder, I help bring buyers and sellers together to create an environment of trust.
As a Realtor, I've had the opportunity to help First Time Buyers navigate the search and purchasing process, work with Investors to locate and aquire cashflow postive properties, reduce the burden for families with homes being administered as part of an Estate Probate or Trust, and assist Sellers with relocation throughout the country. There are a variety of reasons why a home is purcahased or sold and they each deserve the same level of care and attention to the details.
