A Southern California native, JohnCarlo was Born in Santa Monica and raised in Malibu.
JohnCarlo moved to Miami to further his education where he studied economics at the University of Miami. During his time in Miami, he worked as a personal assistant to a successful Real Estate investor, where he quickly realized that a career in Real Estate was his true passion.
JohnCarlo has taken his customer service and entrepreneurial skills which he developed at an early age having started his first business mowing his neighbor's lawns at the age of 13 and applied that same ambition in his role as a Real Estate Expert. JohnCarlo makes sure each client understands that their needs are his top priority. What separates him from his competition is his ability to navigate a conversation with the "other side" making for a smooth transaction while negotiating on his client's behalf.

Outside of work, John enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle by going to the gym and hiking. He spends time with his family, goes to church and is always looking for new ways he can give back to help his community. He loves his career because it gives him the opportunity to build great long-lasting relationships with his clients.
