Dan did a very professional job selling my deceased brother's condo. I was impressed how he kept us informed on all the details to the sales process. We were even copied on emails between Stacy the other realtor and Tamara the Escrow officer so we felt in the loop of what was going on. Dan's negotiating skills kept all the parties moving toward the final sales agreement. Good Job Dan!

Dan should get 20 stars! He has been our realtor for years and we would not consider to anywhere else but with Dan. He especially stuck this last sale out which was extremely challenging as it was a short sale with 5 different buyers including a corporate buyer in the mix which made the whole thing extremely complicated and frustrating. But Dan stuck it out with us and took us to the finish line. He is awesome!!!!!

Daniel helped to locate properties within my criteria and arranged the showings. I appreciated when viewing properties he held back his opinions until he saw that I wanted them or until I asked for them. He did a good job of guiding to the types of properties I was interested in. I particularly appreciated his knowledge of nuances and subtleties of specific neighborhoods and communities. There were a few things about his methods that need improvement, basically minor things such as forgetting to acquire a gate code to communities we were about to view. We always managed to get the viewing done, but by not doing those things beforehand it just added to the time (minutes not hours) it took to do something that could have been avoided. But over-all he did good work in every aspect of the sale.

Dan helped my wife and I thoughtfully, patiently and steadfastly. Our process was a long one as it was an FHA purchase and every step of the way was explained and handled timely and appropriately. Dan worked hard on our behalf with the brokers, the other agents, and everyone else involved. He was always available to talk, show us homes or explain the contract details. I cannot imagine a better real-estate agent than Dan Mobley.

It was a pleasure working with Dan, it took a few months to find the unit we wanted, after that Dan took care of everything.

I am a first time home buyer, new to the area, and lots of challenges. Dan was instrumental providing options and solutions, and with much patience and dedication, I now have a house I can make my home.

First I should mention what I believe constitutes an excellent realtor. That would be one whose primary concern is the best interest of the client (even when the client does not know exactly what that is). Also, an agent who is there for the client after escrow and they have cashed their commission check. In my previous home buying and selling experiences these are a couple of ways I distinguished a good agent from a bad one. The house I ultimately purchased, I saw in person once prior to a quick two week escrow. Everything else was done via Dan or online. Dan took care of meeting the handyman who "checked out" a light which did not work (and billed me the $140) and claimed it was fine. It has never worked. Dan also purchased a garage remote (which he billed me $35 for) because the garage door was having issues. The remote has also never worked. Most importantly, during my visit to the property I noticed there was a nice family on one side, an empty lot on the other and a couple of OK properties across the street. What I didn't notice was the large population of pit bulls (one of which has already gotten loose) and many, many neighbors who have trash in the front, side and back yards. Unfortunately, I am now in a house I will probably never be able to unload. 99% of this is, of course, my fault. But, I have no doubt that if I had a realtor who was patient and interested in more than a quick escrow I would have found our perfect retreat. There were several homes that cost just a bit more in beautifully maintained neighborhoods. Sad.

I have purchased several properties over the years and have had experience with many realtors. My experience with Dan was the best of any realtor I have worked with. He was very patient over several months of searching, emailing, and showing me many properties. He never pressured me, in fact he pointed out problems with several properties. He was thoughtful about the financial pluses and minuses of each property. Dan is the "BEST"!!

It has been a pleasure in having Daniel as our agent realtor! He's very professional and very dedicated to his work! Any concern or question I had he always an answer for it. Thank you Dan!

Dan is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the real estate business. His expertise was instrumental in the various stages of our purchase. He was always available and made every effort to make a complicated process simple. He was a pleasure to work with.
