Bill Cumming

Bill Cumming has resided much of his life in Southern California and has been involved with real estate most of that time. His work experience, after acquiring a MBA degree includes an executive position with a multi-national NYSE conglomerate that grew from small beginnings of approximately sixty million during his tenure to become a Fortune 500 company with revenues in the billions and as President of two multi-national private equity holding companies that grew into the billions with operations and joint ventures on five continents. Real estate holdings were a major part of the operations.

He is experienced with many industries and cultures on an international scale. A major segment of the holdings for each of the above companies included multiple real estate venues from the development, marketing and sale of many residential communities with amenities such as lakes, marinas, golf courses, resorts and community centers to the acquisition, development and marketing of different types of commercial properties from shopping malls to high rise office buildings, office parks, manufacturing facilities, etc.

Bill's experience base includes residential and commercial properties throughout Southern California with emphasis on Los Angeles and Orange Counties from Malibu to San Diego and the Palm Springs area.

This experience base has been and continues to be most helpful to sellers, buyers and investors to effectively meet and exceed their expectations in a timely manner.

Experience and Qualifications

General manager, City Investing - NYSE company with multiple commercial and residential projects throughout the United States grew from approximately $60,000,000 to more than $13,000,000,000 during my tenure before the various companies were divested.

President and CEO - private equity company with multiple commercial and real estate holdings in addition to more than 60 manufacturing companies and joint ventures throughout the United States and internationally on other continents.

President and CEO - real estate holding company with multiple commercial and residential properties throughout the United States. This was a significant part of the overall private equity and venture capital company with organizations in the United States, Europe, South America and South East Asia.

Involved with more than 150 REO's dating back to the 2008, 2009 recession.

Team includes a licensed real estate attorney who is an associate broker with Coldwell Banker.

Team has been involved with multiple projects involving bankruptcies, short sales, cash for keys, etc.

Team is covered with Coldwell Banker's E and O insurance policies.
