I had a very good experience working with Ann. The only thing that I believe she could have helped me with more was on the negotiating the price and some of the other issues that came up regarding the electric, grading, etc.

Ann was fantastic. I contacted her from Overseas. She was very helpful and responsive. I let her know that I was coming into town, and she immediately confirmed that she would dedicate the days I was there, to finding an investment home for me. She was tireless in her efforts. The Market was moving much faster then I anticipated, and Ann was on the move trying to keep me ahead o the market. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. I was able to find a house in 2 weeks, and she had me set up with a home inspection three days later. Time was of the essence, and Ann made it all come together. With all of that said- Ann was also just a joy to be around. I hope to do business with her again.

We met Ann through the internet and looked at homes in San Marcos. She picked up quickly what we liked and didn't like in a home. The next day we looked in Escondido. She mentioned a home that had just gone on the market the day before. We all loved it. However, we noticed there were a lot of people interested in it. We went back the next day and made an offer. It turned out the bank wanted a "best and final offer" as there were multiple offers. Ann was very honest with us and gave us good information for us to put in the final offer! The rest is history and we move in April 30. I would recomend Ann in a heartbeat!
