I'm a third-generation real estate professional and native San Diegan. I'm a graduate of San Diego State University and have been serving clients throughout San Diego County since 2000. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, I was a litigation examiner in the commercial insurance industry, as well as a contracts and finance manager in the field of managed healthcare. Previously, I served as an adjunct instructor at Cuyamaca and Southwestern Community colleges, teaching real estate and business courses. I have also been a guest lecturer for the Legal Aspects of Real Estate course at the University of California San Diego. From the beginning of my real estate career, I have dedicated myself to serving real estate professionals in San Diego County, where I am a proud member of the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS(PSAR). I served most recently as the Immediate Past President of the East San Diego County Association of REALTORS(ESDCAR). Prior to that, I had served the Association and its members as President, Vice President, Director, Chair of Governmental Affairs, Chair of Bylaws and Vice Chair of Professional Standards. Having a lifelong interest in political affairs, I am also honored to have been C.A.R. Legislative Key Contact for California's 39th Senate District, and subsequently made a Key Contact FPC Emeritus. I served three terms as Chair of the Board of Directors, and served as Chair of the Rules, Regulations, and Hearings Committee for the San Diego County Regional Multiple Listing Service(SANDICOR). I am also a past member of the University of San Diego's Housing Affordability Task Force. My goal is, and always will be, to elevate the level of professionalism, respect, and collaboration within our industry, and to promote, protect, and preserve private property rights throughout California.
