Troy is amazing! He worked with us for a year and when a property he thought we would like stayed on the market, he called to let us know an offer might get us the home and it did. We are 1,300 miles away and Troy made sure everything went like clockwork. He did a video showing, made sure all the paperwork and inspections were done and filled up with the sellers agent to insure the small items were fixed.
