    In-Office Coaching – Branch leader Terri Bersach offers in-office coaching on an individual or small group basis. We regularly get together to review the use of our tools, making sure that we are utilizing everything that’s available to our agents to help them achieve their goals and grow their business.

    Administrative Support - The Weston office has 6 full time staff members to support REALTORS with their administrative needs. They serve as transaction coordinators throughout the home sale process and are available for marketing assistance or additional services as required.

    About Teresita "Terri" Bersach

    Terri has been in real estate since 1994. As a sales associate, she quickly reached levels of production which gave her the wealth of experience she now shares as Branch Manager with the Weston sales associates. In 1998 she transitioned to management, where she has been integrally involved in the career development of over 300 independent sales associates. As a career counselor, she appreciates the testimonials of the many success stories developed within the office.Her experience and enthusiasm have been a resource and benefit to the sales associates in the Weston Office.

    Terri is originally from Cuba and has lived in South Florida since 1973. She has been married since 1981 and has three adult children, and four grandchildren.
