Ted was honestly so wonderful. He is a warm and inviting, dad-joke telling man who made my first time buyer experience a great one. Ted was awesome. Anytime I had a question he was right there with an answer. He held my hand the whole time and helps me through the whole process. Ted is a fantastic Realtor. As a first-time home buyer he walked us through every step of the process. Ted went out of his way to make time for us while viewing houses. Overall I had an excellent experience working with Ted. I'm a first time home buyer so I wasn't very knowledgeable about the processes and time frames of everything that goes into buying a home.
