I was born and raised here in the Delray/Boynton/Boca area of southern Palm Beach County and spent my summers in the mountains of North Carolina. As a result, I know the area well.
I started as a Realtor for Coldwell Banker in 2005, joining my mother-in-law who had been one since the 70's. My sister-in-law also worked as a Realtor in the Chicago area, my daughter is an agent in NYC, getting her license there in 2016 and as I recently found out, my late Grandmother was in real estate. So, I guess it runs in the family!
My niche is in working with the Deaf community, since I have a Deaf brother and speak American Sign Language. In addition, I work with people from all around the country and all walks of life, due to my office location being in a resort area of south Florida.
The most important quality for me is my clients' loyalty and I will give the same in return.

I have had the opportunity to work with Tammy 3 times. First she was the listing agent on a house I bought I was impressed with her. 2nd I listed that house with her, she made the sale go very smooth. My Experience
- I have been in the real estate business and with Coldwell Banker since 2005. I help clients whether they're buying, selling or renting. I work mostly with out of state clients, due to our awesome location one block from the ocean, in a resort area of south Florida. This gives me the opportunity to educate and help them learn about our area. Prior to working in real estate, I worked in Parts sales at a local Honda dealership selling parts to the public, local repair shops and other dealers, in addition to looking up and dispersing them to our shop mechanics for customers' cars. I also worked for my husband in his contracting business, setting appointments and speaking to homeowners on the phone; therefore I possess great phone skills. So, I have basically worked in sales for most of my life and am a native of the area.
