I am dedicated to delivering the personalized service, exceptional communication and professional expertise that will give you successful results.
After retiring from being a School Psychologist and Special Educator in New Jersey, I moved to Sarasota 22 years ago, with my husband, a retired Education Administrator and Licensed Boat Captain. We had "discovered" Sarasota by virtue of repeatedly visiting my parents, who moved here in 1984. Falling in love with this "Paradise," we eagerly moved here in 2000, buying a home in a premier waterfront community with one of the best private marinas on the west coast of Florida. After 22 years living in Sarasota, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
As a trained real estate professional, I frequently draw on my background in psychology. I learned to be a good listener and to understand what people are "really" saying. Trained in Conflict Resolution, I am a skilled communicator who can effectively negotiate your real estate transaction to a successful conclusion. And with an undergraduate degree in accounting, I have a solid understanding of finance, which is especially helpful when evaluating homes in deed restricted communities, condominiums or investment properties.
My commitment to you is to provide a satisfying full service real estate experience, with communication every step of the way. I am always accessible and make it a point to be in contact with my clients on a near daily basis. If you are looking for your next home or a second home, I will work with you to find the right home and effectively negotiate to get the best price for you. If you are looking to sell your home, I will work to ensure that your property is effectively marketed, resulting in obtaining the highest price possible in the shortest amount of time, with the least inconvenience to you.
As a long time boater and scuba diver, for me, it is easy to why Sarasota is known for its beautiful waterfront and myriad of activities related to the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway, not to mention all the canals and other back bodies of water inland. Fishing has always been my passion and there is an opportunity here to go boating year-round and catch all sorts of species, whether to eat or "catch and release." It makes no difference if you prefer Gulf, surf or backwater fishing, because Sarasota has it all.
Spending so much time boating ultimately got me interested in marketing and selling those beautiful properties along the water and beaches I saw so frequently. These were, the condominiums, homes and estates on Siesta Key, Casey Key, Manasota Key, Longboat and Lido Key and Anna Maria Island, as well as all the beautiful Bayfront properties along the mainland shore.
