Sophie was born in Stavelot, Belgium. After studying Chemistry at the University of Liege. She soon realized that a career in a chemistry laboratory was not for her. She lived in Italy for a year where she was able to learn Italian and visit southern Europe. Because of her love of travel, Sophie decided to become a flight attendant for United Airlines. She was based and lived in Paris for 7 years. Her flight attendant career allowed her to live in Hong Kong, London, and Washington D.C. It also allowed her to travel the world.
She then raised a family of 2 girls and now both are in college.
During the time at home, she renovated 7 homes. These renovations included a historic home renovation, waterfront properties, townhomes and condos. She has many friends that were realtors and always commented that real estate would be the perfect place for her. Now that her girls are in college, she decided to finally pursue a career in real estate. She passed her Florida Real Estate License exam and is starting her career here with Coldwell Banker based in the Lauderdale by the Sea A1A office.
Sophie promises a hassle-free experience with clients. She has a ability to see through the issues that may seem to plague a home and see the potential a property may have. She looks forward to serving the community. She speaks English, French, and Italian.
In her spare time, she really enjoys boating (power and sail), cooking, parties with friends, and family activities. And of course, still loves to travel.
