Real Estate might just be in her DNA. Sheryl's passion for real estate has been ingrained into her livelihood since a very young age while learning from the very best, her mother and mentor. She effortlessly learned the ins and outs of the industry and had an obsession with helping clients experience the best of home ownership.


    A native of Louisiana, Sheryl started her career in New Orleans in 1987 where she won the Rookie of The Year Award her first year in the business. She moved to North Carolina specializing in VA loans, New Construction, and Land Development.


    In 1992- 1995 She was awarded the prestigious Centurion Award for outstanding sales performance with a minimum of 85 closed transactions per year with the Century 21 origination. She was also awarded the Quality Service Award which can only be earned by having at least a 90% satisfied survey by her past clients and customers.


    Sheryl and her family relocated to Northern Virginia in 1998 where she accepted a position as a Luxury Sales Marketing Relocation Advisor with one of the top Real Estate Companies in Alexandria Virginia, Pardoe Graham Realty. Her clients included many top executives of Fortune 500 Companies, Members of Congress, the US Military and Civl Service. Her sales exceeded over 20 million in 4 years.

    In 2001, Sheryl and her family moved to Central Florida and accepted a sales position at Coldwell Banker Realty in Dr. Phillips, Florida. She earned Excellence in Production from 2002- 2010. She also earned membership into the International Diamond Society by achieving high sales volume. Only 7% of all Coldwell Banker associates worldwide earn this achievement.


    In 2005-2008 she was a member of the International President's Circle for Coldwell Banker Real Estate and has continued high sale volume with every year to present with over 100 Million in Sales to date.

Sheryl does not simply sell a home; she educates her clients on market changes and provides them with important information that will assist in making a the best decision.


    Sheryl has over 30 years experience in complex negotiations as well as market changes. She has previously been licensed in Louisiana, North Carolina, Virginia, DC, and Georgia. In addition to gathering a lifetime of marketing strategies and techniques from all over the Nation, Sheryl has been able to apply them to her transactions here in Florida. The result is high closed transactions with over 100 Million Dollars sold in her Career.
