Shelley Weathers
Born and raised in Tampa and North Pasco County, I am excited to serve this area. Real Estate is a second and dream-come-true career for me. I successfully taught Mathematics for 16 years in New Port Richey, Land O' Lakes, Tampa, and (for a brief time) Austin, Texas. While teaching was always rewarding, I could not deny that I needed a change. I took the leap to real estate and haven't looked back.
Many of the traits that make a teacher successful carry-over to the real estate industry. Number one is customer service! A teacher must be attentive to the needs of his/her students. So must a real estate agent be with his/her clients.
Whether you are buying or selling a home, I promise the following:

Answer the phone or respond within minutes.
