I had the pleasure of meeting Rich a few months back when we were selling our home in Hudson Fl. It only took a short conversation before I realize he was the realtor for us. Rich is smart and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and how we could get the best bang for our buck. He is also a very compassionate and caring human being.
