I enjoy using my interpersonal skills and bringing experience to my real estate career to connect sellers and buyers in a harmonious manner. My goal is to facilitate a smooth transaction on behalf of my customers.

· Originally from Georgia, I gained extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry working alongside my Father. We purchased and developed residential and commercial property for nearly 12 years.

· My professional career and management skills began at the early age of 19. I owned and managed several successful businesses, both in the retail and wholesale floral industry.

· I am currently a licensed State of Florida Interior Designer with the Architectural and Interior Design Board. By owing a design firm in Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale I was afforded the opportunity to work closely with clients to create their shared vision and lifestyle.

· My creative talents have earned me numerous "Designer of the Year" awards.

· I began my real estate career in Boca Raton, Florida in 1986. My husband and I are currently enjoying the lifestyle of the west coast of Florida. Lakewood Ranch has been our part time home for over 8 years and now it is our full-time home in the Sarasota-Bradenton area.

 I possess strong negotiating skills, have extensive knowledge of the real estate business and understand that relationships are built on trust, integrity and confidence.
