As a Florida Native, Nate has exceptional knowledge of Sarasota
and Manatee counties, including the local "hot spots" of Sarasota,
Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, and Bradenton.

Nate has experience in remodeling/renovating homes and
marketing investment properties. He is well-respected and trusted
by colleagues and clients alike.

Upon working in the customer service industry, Nate found a drive
and passion in becoming an expert real estate agent and became
licensed in the Fall of 2015.
