Welcome! My name is Lynn Ludecke and I am with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate on Palmer Ranch. I would like to share some information so that you know more about me.
I work hard to provide my customers a stellar experience in the selling and purchasing of residential real estate. A former high school teacher from Bucks County, PA, I have been a full-time Broker Associate in the industry for 36 years. I have been involved in all aspects of the real estate business including sales, marketing, education and management. I have loved selling millions in real estate while in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and I was then hired to build award-winning real estate offices from the ground up in my vice president/management positions.
I am a past Director for the Board of Realtors and have served on the Ethics and Professional Standards Committees for many years. I was the Vice President of the Somerset Homeowners Association in Turtle Rock on Palmer Ranch and am well known as the Palmer Ranch Neighborhood Specialist. Working with many "absentee owners", I maintain in constant contact throughout your transaction. I have been trained by the best in the art of negotiation and will put my skills and knowledge to work for you throughout your sale or purchase.
My high level of repeat and referred customers is attributed to holding myself to the highest of standards as well as my affiliation with the superior services offered by Coldwell Banker.
