    About Me

    Lucy was born in Prague, CZ and moved to New York with her family as a child. Lucy started her real estate career in 2002 in Residential Property Management where she managed high-end condominiums in New York City.

    She moved to South Florida in 2005, where she continued her real estate career focusing on Commercial Property Management. She assisted in managing day-to-day operations of 21 retail shopping centers and office buildings throughout Florida.

    Her 13 years in property management has given her a working knowledge and a broad understanding of construction, building materials and mechanical systems. She has extensive knowledge of HOA and Condominium documents, contracts, financial statements, leases and the approval process which she uses to guide her clients to a successful closing.

    In 2013, Lucy changed her focus to residential sales where she enjoys working with buyers and sellers in every aspect of buying and selling their homes. She will work with you throughout the entire transaction process to ensure that your property is sold for the best price possible, in the most professional manner, with the least amount of inconvenience to you.

    I proudly support our local charitable organizations through my participation in our Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES foundation. Since 2001, CARES has donated more than $3.5 million to a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts organizations in Florida. Since 2003, we have sponsored more than 15 Habitat for Humanity homes statewide. Our statewide initiative in support of the Ronald McDonald House Charities continues to position our company as a leader in support of several truly worthwhile organizations.

    I also volunteer for Operation Care For Heroes which is a nonprofit organization collecting donations and raising funds for postage to send care packages to our troops, including military canines and their handlers, stationed in Afghanistan and other war zones. The group raises money for box postage by asking for donations for homemade cookies at the Soldiers Cookie Shack at various venues throughout Jupiter and Tequesta. Each box shipped to an APO in Afghanistan costs $15.90 and is filled with donations from the community. The group has shipped over 1,640 boxes since 2008 through the support of the Jupiter/Tequesta community.
